Great facilities and prime location. The hotel offered a fantastic swimming pool and gym. The prime location of this hotel made it easy to access the train station and local attractions. The staff was also accommodating and helpful during our stay. We really appreciated the fast and complimentary Wi-Fi service available throughout the hotel.
Poor staff treatment and unimpressive breakfast. Despite the great facilities and location, the staff treatment during our stay dampened our experience.

I simply loved my stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and situated in the lovely Lubei district. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the best part was the Christmas Lights party in the foyer. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the breakfast spread was just amazing.

We had an exquisite stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Spa & wellness center were impeccable. the room was spacious and featured a private balcony overlooking the beautiful garden area. the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap, and the restaurant offered a variety of Special diet menus that were deliciously prepared.
The service at the front desk was lacking, and the check-in experience was not as welcoming as expected. Despite this minor issue, the hotel staff was always accommodating, and the breakfast was quite satisfactory with an array of options to choose from.

Our family had a fantastic time staying at the hotel in Lubei district. It was so easy to travel around as we were very near to the train station. We loved having breakfast in one restaurant and enjoyed many delicious meals. the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. We were blown away with the gym and the air purifier in our non-smoking room. the Wi-Fi was fast and free and we had access to several English TV channels.

Had an amazing Easter break at this hotel. the pool was fantastic and really helped me relax. the buffet had so many options to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable. the hotel was also in a great location as it was not far from the train station and easy to communicate with the staff.
The reception staff needed more training. They weren't able to set up the wifi so it would work and took 10 minutes to print the bill.
